Fried Pork Chops

Pork Chops 

  • 8 (6 oz chops - salt & pepper to taste)
  • 15 oz of Italian Style Breadcrumbs 
  • 15 oz all-purpose flour (salt & pepper to taste)
  • 8 eggs ( 1/4 tsp of salt, pepper & granulated garlic. TBSP of parsley & parmesan)

2 cups of olive oil for frying

Instructions: 

1. Pound chops until thin (not tourn)

2. In a bowl, mix the eggs, salt pepper, granulated garlic, parmesan and parsley.

3. Add salt and pepper to flour.

4. First, cover the chops with flour dip in egg wash and finally in bread crumb.

5. Heat olive oil to 325 degree f.

6. Fry chops on each side for 2-3 minutes each side

7. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook for an 15 -20 minutes

8. Enjoy!


Pasta Arrabbiata

  • 2 lbs of Pasta
  • 6 of the 14 oz cans of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • cup of diced yellow onion
  • 4 -5 cloves of garlic
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp of Calabrese peppers
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp of salt 
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Instructions: 

1. In a large pan, add olive oil and chopped onion – cook for 2 minutes

2, Add 4 crushed garlic basil and Calabrese pepper – cook for 4 minutes.

3. Add cans of cherry tomatoes – salt and pepper to taste-cook for 30 minutes on med low heat.

4. Cook pasta per package instructions

5. Enjoy!
