- 180 ounces of San Marzano Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 large Yellow onion
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 3-4 lbs. of chuck roast
- 1 lb. of Italian sausage
- Pork skin
- 3/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of red wine
- 12 basil leaves
- 1 tsp. of black pepper
- 2 TBSP of salt
- 2 TBSP of Reggiano Parmesan
