PORK SKIN BRACIOLE

Pork Braciole Ingredients:

  • 2 14" X 14" Pork Skin
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1.tsp of red pepper
  • 4 tbsp if Reggiano parmesan
  • 4 tbsp of Italian parsley

Gravy: Ingredients

  • 180 ounces of San Marzano Peeled Tomatoes
  • 1 large Yellow onion
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 lbs. of chuck roast
  • 1 lb. of Italian sausage
  • Pork skin
  • 3/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of red wine
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp. of black pepper
  • 2 TBSP of salt
  • 2 TBSP of Reggiano Parmesan
