Authentic Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients: 

  • 9 oz. of Fresh Fettuccine (cook per package instructions)
  • 1 cup of grated Reggiano Parmesan
  • ½ stick of butter (softened)
  • 3 TBSP of Pasta Water
  • 2 TBSP of salt for cooking pasta

 Directions: 

1. Bring a gallon of water to a boil and then add 2 TBSP of Salt

2. Grate Parmesan Cheese and place butter in a large bowl

3. Once pasta is cooked, place pasta on top of the bowl of butter

4. Add 3 TBSP of pasta water and then top with the grated parmesan

5. Using a fork and spoon, toss until the sauce has a smooth   consistency and the pasta is fully coated.
