Cacio e Pepe

Ingredients: 

1 lb. of Spaghetti or Bucatini 

* 5 tbsp of butter

* 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)

* 2 tbsp of black hole peppercorns (grinded)

* 1 & 1/2 cups of grated Pecorino Romano cheese

* 1 cup of pasta water


Instruction:

1. Begin cooking pasta per package instructions.

2. Grind black pepper, grate Pecorino and chop garlic

3. 2 minutes before pasta is cooked, reserve 1 cup of the water.

4.  Once pasta is cooked, drain and keep aside.

In a large skillet, add butter, garlic and pepper, then let cook until the garlic is translucent (1-2 minutes). 

5. Add the pasta, reserved water and Pecorino Romano and then let cook (continually stirring) for 1-2 minutes or until the pasta is evenly coated and creamy.

6. Enjoy!  Best eaten right away.
