Ingredients:
Instructions:
1. Shred celery & carrots – chop onion and garlic
2. In a large pan, add olive oil, all the veggies, bay leaves, ½ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp. of black pepper
3. Once the veggies are translucent, add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add Wagyu, white wine and milk – Cook until meat is entirely brown.
5. Add pureed plum tomatoes, TBSP of Romano cheese, TBSP of salt & ½ tsp. of black pepper- Cook for 30 minutes on med-low heat (frequently stirring).
6. Cook pasta per package instructions
