Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie Ingredients: Makes 2-3 Pies 

• 2 Graham Cracker Pie Crusts 

• 6 (14 oz.) cans of sweetened condensed milk 

• 21 oz. of Nellie & Joes Key Lime Juice 

• 8 Lg. Eggs 

• ¾ of a quart of heavy cream 


Whip Cream Ingredients: 

• Pint of heavy cream 

• ½ cup of sugar 


Directions: 

1. Pour condensed milk into large mixing bowl. 

2. Add 6 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks (whisk well). 

3. Add the heavy cream and lime juice (whisk well). 

4. Pour mixture into pie shells. 

5. Preheat oven 200 F and bake for 20-30 minutes. 

6. Let chill for 1-2 hour and then top with whipped cream.
