Ingredients:
* 6 Chicken Breast
* 6 Eggs
* 1/ cup Italian Parsley (chopped)
* 2 cups of all-purpose flour
* 1 stick of unsalted butter
* 1 Lemon* 1/4 cup of white wine
* 1/2 cup of olive oil* Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
1. Pound out chicken breast (you can also cut in half before).
2. in a bowl, mix eggs, parsley, salt and pepper together.
3. in a tray, mix flour, salt and pepper
4. In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of butter and 4 tbsp of olive oil.
5. Once butter & oil is hot, dip breast in flour first then egg wash and place in skillet. Depending on the thickness of the breast, cook between 3 and 5 minutes on each side.
6. Once chicken is cooked, remove the chicken and in a clean skillet, add the chopped garlic and 6-8 tbsp of butter.
7, once the garlic is translucent, add the win and let cook out.
8. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, parsley and to more tbsp of butter and remove from heat.
9. Top on chicken breast and enjoy.
