Grilled Chicken Breast & Bruschetta Stuffing

Italian Dressing (Marinate)

  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp of dried basil

Blend all ingredients together until liquified


Bruschetta Stuffing

  • 15 oz of garlic croutons
  • 2 tbsp. of chopped garlic
  • 8 oz of mozzarella pearls
  • 14.5 can of chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup of Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 stick of butter

Mix all the ingredients together and then top with melted butter

Preheat oven to 400 and bake for 25-30 minutes
