Italian Dressing (Marinate)
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp of dried basil
Blend all ingredients together until liquified
Bruschetta Stuffing
- 15 oz of garlic croutons
- 2 tbsp. of chopped garlic
- 8 oz of mozzarella pearls
- 14.5 can of chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup of Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 stick of butter
Mix all the ingredients together and then top with melted butter
Preheat oven to 400 and bake for 25-30 minutes
