Rustic Italian Bread

Rustic Italian Bread Ingredients:

 • 3 & ½ cups of All-purpose flower

 • 1 tsp. sea salt 

• 2 tsp. active dry yeast

 • 1 & 1/2 cups of warm water 

* Tbsp. of Semolina 

Instructions:

1. Add flour, salt and yeast into the mixer bowl

2. Add water and mix for 10 minutes

3. Cover the bowl and let rise for 2-3 hours (until double in size)

4. Sprinkle flour onto your surface and then form dough into ball.

5. Layer a sheet pan with parchment paper and the sprinkle semolina on it. 

6. Place dough on the pan and score it with a cross and then let rise for 30 minutes.

7. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and place an oven save bowl with 8 oz of water into the oven,

8. Bake bread for 30-40 minutes 

9. Enjoy with the olive oil dip



Olive Oil Dip:

 • 1 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

• 1TBSP of Fresh Garlic (chopped) 

• 1 TBSP Italian Parsley (chopped)

• TBSP of Fresh Basil (chopped) 

• 1 tsp. Fresh Rosemary (chopped) 

• 1 tsp. of Crushed Red Pepper 

• ¼ tsp. of Salt • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
