Roasted Peppers

Ingredients: 

• 8 red bell peppers 

• 1/3 cup olive oil 

• 5-6 cloves garlic (smashed) 

• Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions: 

1. Brush olive oil on each pepper and then add salt & black pepper. 2. Place peppers on a grill or open flame and cook until chard. 

3. Let peppers cool down and then peel and remove seeds. 

4. Slice peppers into strips. 

5. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 

6. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant. 

7. Add the roasted bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes. 

8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Can be served hot or cold.
